The ZOZ creates what I call an "Encapsulated mesh of encapsulated meshes".

First, let's define "mesh". I'll say it is any arbitrary configuration of nodes such that data can flow from any node to any node, including by hopping through other nodes.

By "hopping" we mean connecting two nodes via other nodes which are not part of the communication, but which merely relay the communication through themselves.
